Most of my work has been for buyers and sellers of owner occupied single family residential homes and condos. Also, I have worked for investors of single and multifamily homes, landlords and renters of single family homes, tenants for commercial leases, and property management.Agents need leads to thrive/survive. Some agents and brokerages are spending lots of money every month for sophisticated lead generation programs. The programs use pre-written, personalized drip campaigns via email and SMS, until the system believes the potential client is ready and then the agent personally contacts them.
Some people may prefer this, but let me assure you, it will be me you are communicating with, not an automated program.I do not work off a script or focus on overcoming objections: I will give you the best and most relevant information I have and advise when appropriate.
